Terms and Conditions for the use of the solelyshoes.co.uk website
Any and all sales that are made using the solelyshoes.co.uk website – are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of this Solelyshoes website
In this agreement – by definition “solelyshoes.co.uk”, “solelyshoes.com”, “Solelyshoes”, “we”, “us” , “our’ … means the company Sixties Ltd., (T/A Solelyshoes)
The Terms and Conditions apply to any sale that we make, and apply to any purchases you make from us.
In checking the Terms and Conditions box on the Check-Out page then you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as stated here.
Sixties Ltd., reserve the right to modify or change this agreement, however customers will be informed as to any changes prior to them being applied.
Pricing and Payment
Solelyshoes.co.uk accept credit card payment through PayPal Pro only, payment can be made with an active PayPal account or with a credit/debit card, a Paypal account is not necessary to use the PayPal Pro facility on this website.
We do not have access at any time to your credit card details or your PayPal account details
All transactions on the Solelyshoes website are charged in UK£ sterling – the solelyshoes products all state on their listing that they are exclusive of VAT, and are exclusive of any delivery charges.
The total amounts will be shown to you on the shopping cart before the payment screen – we also give you the opportunity to check the delivery charges to most worldwide countries before you complete your purchase.
We also, for your convenience, have a link to the *Currency Conversion site xe.com.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Please note that the US Dollar ($) and other currency pricing on the xe.com website is approximate and for information only.
Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation at time of credit card processing.
Sixties Ltd., reserve the right to modify our prices of our products and delivery costs at any time, but any change will be advertised well in advance of the said changes.
For price changes – Any orders made will be honoured at the prices set at the time of the order

Tax Charges :
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
All other orders are VAT free once your shipping destination is completed during the on-line sales process – and before payment is required the VAT content will be removed .
Import tax and duty may be collected by your nominated shipper on behalf of your government and is payable by you if requested.
Sixties Ltd., is not liable for any customs and import charges applicable to your address.

Placing an Order & Order Agreement
Delivery Address -
products will be sent to the billing address given unless prior agreement has been accepted between Solelyshoes and the Customer.
It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any error or change in address if the information given is incorrect.
Placing An Order -
Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase an item from our Solelyshoes website, and therefore is subject to acceptance by us.
Once you have placed your order through our Solelyshoes website then your offer to purchase will be accepted by us.
A contract of sale between you, the customer, and us, Sixties Ltd., will be formed when PayPal Pro have received and checked your payment details and have informed us that your order is ready for processing
Once the payment has been accepted by PayPal Pro, the order cannot be amended.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent out to the customer’s email address that was given in the billing details – this will contain the order number and is a confirmation that Beatwear has received your order only.
A further email will be sent to the same email address when the items are shipped out, this confirms the parcel has left us and is with the courier – this email will contain the date of shipping and the tracking number for the parcel.
Due to the type of delivery we use, a signature is required on receipt. Solelyshoes can only send to the billing address as stated before, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is received and signed for.
Ownership & Risk
All orders will be delivered to the billing address quoted on the order placed.
We will notify the customer immediately if they have ordered from a country that Solelyshoes and DHL/UPS do not deliver to.
All risk in the items in your order – including risk of loss and/or damage to the said items – shall pass to the customer as from the time they are handed over to the courier.
Shipping and Handling
We reserve the right to use a shipping company of our choice for all purchases.
Shipping and Handling charges and level of service for purchases as follows:
UK – Next working day delivery (DHL Standard Service) – 1 pair £6.95, 2 pairs £9.00, 3 + pairs £11.00 (VAT exclusive)
European Union (EU countries only) – two to three working days delivery (DHL Standard Service) from: – 1 pair: £13.50, 2 pairs: £19.50, 3 + pairs: £25.00 (VAT exclusive)
USA and Canada -three to four working days delivery (DHL Express Service) – 1 pair: £22.50, 2 pairs: £35.00, 3 + pairs: £40.00.
Rest of the World – four to five working days+ delivery using most cost effective carrier for destination country – 1 pair: £30.00, 2 pairs: £50.00, 3 + pairs: £60.
We use DHL or UPS for most of our UK based deliveries which means a faster ‘Trackable’ service. Click on the ‘DHL Tracking‘ link to track your UK shipment.
We use DHL or UPS for Europe, United States, Canada and Rest of the World, Click ‘DHL Tracking‘ link to track your International shipment.
We (and DHL/UPS) will not deliver to a P.O. box under any circumstances.
We aim to process and ship your items within 2 working days.
However, during busy periods such as Christmas or the Liverpool International Music Festival, it may take a little longer to process your order.
Solelyshoes cannot be held responsible for the delay or default in the shipping of the items in the case of any event outside of it’s control – including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, fires, flood, failure or delay of the Courier Service. This list also includes computer failure, software errors, accidents, riots, civil uprising, national or local strikes and stoppages.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel an order – this starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it. If the order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. The 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel – you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back (28 days for sales outside of the UK)
The cancellation should be done via email to email@example.com within the specified 14 days and the customer should await a reply which will contain a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) and a return address.
Solelyshoes is unable to accept any returned goods without an RAC#
You will be given a choice of an exchange or a refund, a refund will be paid through PayPal pro as soon as is possible after receipt of the returned goods – but within a 30 day timescale.
The unwanted products must be returned to Solelyshoes immediately, in the same condition in which it was received, at the cost of the customer.
Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging and received by us within 30 days.
Solelyshoes will refund your account less original shipping charge, but we regret that we can not refund any duty or sales tax that you may have incurred outside the EEC as a consequence of your purchase.
Refunds to UK based customers who have had one free exchange are subject to a handling charge of £7.00 for one pair, £10.00 for two pairs and £15.00 for three or more pairs in addition to original shipping charge.
Solelyshoes has the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damaged goods or packaging.
If items are faulty or incorrect items delivered then Solelyshoes will pay for/reimburse the return delivery costs.
Solelyshoes advises all return items to be sent by recorded delivery or by courier – whereby there is a proof of return.
